Improvements with the cars (made it so that you can look around in first person in cars)

Ragdoll improvements

Made it so that if you hold ALT and press scroll wheel up or down, it changes weapons, this is for people who cant change weapons with 1 and 2 (for some reason)

Added a "Very Strong Explosive Barrel" into the object spawner menu.

Changed the ragdoll "protect" animation

Changed explosion sound

Made the M4 Single fire

Added an update logs button in the main and pause menu (the newspaper icon), (this also took a VERY long time since i had to type all the updates) (and in future updates i may forget to add the updates into the logs lol)

Made it so that there is less bullet impulse when shooting npcs in the head with a sniper or shotgun
