New animated wall blood decals

Made player ragdolls looser

Changed player ragdoll "protect" animation

New explosion decal that spawns on the ground from explosions

Made ragdolls actually go limp after for example getting shot in the head, after bleeding out, etc.

New settings menu

Lots of bug fixes and other tiny improvements
