Changed up the blood effects a little bit, (changed bullet textures, added blood mist, sized down some blood effects for realism, and other stuff)

Changed the sounds of the mac-10 and the ak47

Decreased the bullet impulse amount when shooting npcs

Removed the bullet ricochet sounds since they were a little... annoying in my opinion

Other minor improvements and bug fixes (as always)
